Archery is an inclusive sport, and we want to support everyone in enjoying it and its benefits.
So that we can provide a safe environment for everyone (archers, coaches, volunteers, and other members) and meet our safeguarding, welfare, health and safety, and insurance responsibilities, we ask all members and those on courses, taster and have-a-go sessions to provide the following medical information:
- Any medical condition, injury, disability, medication, or other health-related issue that could affect your ability to participate safely in archery, or that may require adjustments, support, or emergency action while attending club activities.
- This may include relevant physical, neurological, sensory, learning, or mental health conditions where these could affect safety, communication, concentration, balance, stamina, awareness, or emergency treatment.
Providing this information allows us to ensure that any appropriate reasonable adjustments can be considered.
Any information you provide will be treated confidentially and only shared with those who genuinely need to know in order to support your safe participation.
Contact our coaching staff if you need further information about combining Archery with a medical condition or disability.
